DO YOU DELIVER?
We are based in Gosport, UK and offer free local delivery to anyone buying in this area. To all orders for further afield in the UK we ship through Royal Mail first class, which usually takes around 1-2 days. For international orders shipping usually takes 6-7 days.
CAN MY ORDER BE PERSONALISED?
Yes! We love using our cricut machine and sublimation press to add a personal touch to each order! All our products are bespoke and can be personalised with anything from names, phrases and pictures. Take a look at our social media platforms for some ideas!
When placing an order just let us know how we can make the best product for you.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept the following methods of payment; Paypal, bank transfer, wix pay (website only), clearpay and cash on delivery or collection.
HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO MAKE?
After the order has been received our average turn around is about ten days to two weeks. This can sometimes change due to deliveries of fabrics and other materials needed. However if there are any delays in your order we will keep you updated in every way we can.
What happens if you don't have enough of the fabric I want?
You can check our fabric page to see our current stock. Sometimes however we may not have quite enough fabric for your selected product. If this happens and we can't get a new order of fabric in, we will be in touch to show you alternative ideas that can also work. If there is still no fabric that suits, we will start the refund process for you. If you have any questions about the fabric drop us a message and we will be more than happy to help you.
